It is made by Now N Forever. It is a size large. It is made from 95% rayon, 5% spandex. The sleeves roll up and it has tacked stitches in four different areas to keep the sleeves in place and while I was taking pictures of the shirt I noticed that there is a small hole on the backside the sleeves on each side.
