It’s made of a navy blue polyester/spandex blend, stretch fabric, printed randomly with swirls in red/white/peach/tan, andit has Color: Multicolor. a 4.5″ L x 3/4″ T piece of fabric with a small, silver tone stud at each end on both front sides, above the bust (made to look like the top of a pocket).
