The three quarter sleeve blouse has a tie neck. The back of the neck has a lovely contrasting rust polka dot print. The navy & white fabric is 100% rayon. FLAW: The ties used to have tassels on the ends of them. They are missing. This may cause the bottom of the threads to unravel at the ends of the ties.
