Shoulder strap drop is 11.5″ and handles drop is 3 1/2″. This is a microchipped bag so no serial number or card. I’m not sure if the dust bag is the one my consignor got when she bought the bag. It’s an authentic Chanel dust bag and more than comfortably fits the bag.
