Pangaea is the theory that one supercontinent existed 300 million years ago right here on Planet Earth. There were also thought to be other supercontinents well before Pangaea including Gondwana, Rodinia, Pannotia, Laurasia, Kenorland, Columbia, Ur, and Vaalbara.
