This dress is so beautiful & in wonderful condition. It does seem that there was once a petticoat attached which has sadly been removed but the dress is still gorgeous. Lace trim on the neckline, zip up back with hook & eye closure. Flat measurements are approximately 17 inches pit to pit, 13 1/2 inch waist & 37 inch length
